Every now and then, a collaboration between the outdoor and high fashion industry catches our eye. Blurring the line between functional, adventure apparel and haute couture isn’t an easy feat, however. But the fashion industry has always drawn inspiration from the outdoor world and more importantly, nature.
TNF X RÆBURN
The recent collaboration between TNF and Christopher Raeburn adopts RÆBURN’s ethos of recycle, reduce, and remake, to turn old TNF tents into a series of tote bags.
The collection includes a drawstring backpack, packable tote bag, and a large holdall-style tote. Each made from recycled tents in an effort to reduce man-made waste, the bags will all be completely unique depending on the tent used to fabricate the bag.

The collaboration between one of the biggest outdoor brands and RÆBURN clearly demonstrates that the fashion industry is starting to take action against single use items. Being able to repurpose an old tent into a bag is a great idea and the fact that they look pretty good is a bonus.
