With the news of changing temperatures on Sunday, I headed up Snowdon with my good friend Oliver Hooson to get some shots of the expected inversion.
The unseasonably warm weather of late had thawed the snow I experienced earlier in the month, so I decided to show Oli Crib Goch – my favorite route up the mountain.
As we veered off from the Pyg Track and began to scramble up to the ridge, we entered, and then emerged from the cloud.
A cracking day above the clouds in surprisingly warm conditions for mid-December.
Big thanks to Oli for the pictures!
